Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be prorated based on the amount of time we have already spent on your file.

To be eligible for a refund, your case must not have been started and no documents reviewed by Immigrationbeverly. This policy is implemented because of the amount of time it takes for information and documents to be analyzed. The immigration process is a long, complicated process and we strive to simplify it for our clients. Many hours are spent doing research to translate the latest updates from the USCIS.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any fees charged for consultations and/or follow-up conversations are non-refundable.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
