Immigrationbeverly is a small customer-focused service that was created because of the high costs associated with immigrating to the United States. Attorney fees are expensive and some USCIS processes do not need to go through an attorney. This service is much less expensive and is available to assist immigrants with forms that do not require a legal representative.

We are NOT lawyers and do not represent you in the courts. Immigrationbeverly believes that lawyers are necessary and good attorneys are needed in some situations. If we feel that your case would be better handled by legal representation, we will inform you at your consultation. Every case is unique.

What is the process of getting started?

Will you represent me in Immigration Court?

We are NOT attorneys and do not offer court representation. Our goal is to take on those issues that do not require an attorney. By doing this, you can save money. An attorney is recommended if you have a court case.

If you aren’t attorneys, what good are you to immigrants?

We can save you money by handling items that do not need an attorney. For example, completing a form I130, I765, or I485 does not require legal services. We can help you with these forms at a much cheaper rate. An attorney will charge significantly more (as they should since they are lawyers). However, if you are in court proceedings to fight deportation, you need an immigration lawyer.

How does the billing procedure work?

There are several ways to pay. Options can be found on our Pricing page. Payment terms can be discussed on a case-by-case basis; however, all fees must be paid before forms are sent to the USCIS.

Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

No! The first contact is free! We do not charge a consultation fee to discuss your options. After that initial conversation, we do charge a minimal fee of $10.00 per conversation whether by phone or email. If you decide to use our services, related conversations are included in your price.
